What our VPN apps do not log

Climax VPN and vEagle VPN operate under a strict no-logs policy. We do not record the websites you visit, the DNS queries you make, the IP addresses you are assigned, connection timestamps, or the content of any traffic passing through the network. Because this data is never written, it cannot be produced, sold, or disclosed.

What we do collect

• Contact form submissions. Your name, email address, optional phone number, and message. stored so we can reply.
• Aggregate app diagnostics. Crash reports and anonymous performance counters that carry no browsing history and no personal identifiers.
• Advertising identifiers. Our free apps are ad-supported; advertising partners may process a resettable device advertising ID under their own policies.
• Server logs for this website. Standard request logs, retained briefly for security and abuse prevention.

Legal basis and retention

We process contact enquiries on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to you, and keep them only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up. Diagnostics are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in keeping the apps stable and secure.

Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing at any time. Email us and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Cookies

This website sets only the strictly necessary cookies required for session handling and cross-site request forgery protection. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
